These are SOOCAS’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from our official website： https://soocastech.com and official Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/soocas. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. We work hard to guarantee your satisfaction and make sure our products arrive in perfect condition, but if you discover a fault with an item you received please follow these steps:
● Please contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason of return and take pictures/videos of the defect & your purshase history, within 30 days from receiving your order.
● Refund for purchased items may be subject to a confirmation on the faulty item.
● We offer free and easy returns for only manufacturer's defect orders. Expedited and Priority shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
● Products that are received by SOOCAS in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
• Any product not purchased from official SOOCAS store
• Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return
• Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging
• Any product that did not apply for a return or exchange in advance
● Refunds on the returns described by the items above maybe rejected.
● Refunds will be done in the original form of payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).
● The return address will be provided after application.
